Domingo Vetes, a resident of Biescas (Huesca), was Hijodalgo in the maravedí of 1582. Domingo Botes married María Larráiz, residents of Jaca (Huesca), and they were the parents of Domingo Betes and Larráiz, a native of Jaca, Jurado de Jaca in 1686 and 1690, where he married on May 29, 1651 with Clara Barrio y Oliván, a native of Jaca (daughter of Valentín Barrio and María Ana Oliván). From this link was born María Betes y Barrio, baptized in Jaca on February 2, 1658, who married Lorenzo Bergosa y Iguacil on June 16, 1675, baptized in Jaca on August 18, 1658 (son of Juan Bergosa and María Iguacil, both natives of Jaca). They were paternal grandparents of Antonio Bergosa Jordán Betes y Bonet, baptized in Jaca on February 22, 1748, Inquisitor of Mexico and Knight of the Order of Carlos III, in 1796.
