In England "Colbert" appears three times in the Domesday Book of 1086, in Devon, Lincolnshire and Cheshire. Dunstan's, Stepney, London. The marriage of Richard Calbert and Mary Camble took place on September 3rd 1639, at Thirsk, Yorkshire. Jane Calbert married William Ffeast on March 31st 1657, at Much Hadham, Hertfordshire. On February 25th 1676, William Calbert married Dorothy Milford, at St. Mary, St. Marylebone Road., London.
